NextGen Ideas, a CourtCall Call, reseller headquartered in Denver, CO, is excited to announce that CourtCall, LLC, working with NextGen Ideas, has been awarded a contract to provide video conferencing services to the State of Colorado. This contract effective, April 20, 2022, will allow for OIT and any state agency to purchase the CourtCall Video Conference services for $14.95 per month.
The CourtCall platform provides video conferencing for (1) CourtCall platform room and six (6) associated break out rooms, to conduct video conferences for official agency business with up to 50 concurrent users during a session. There is no charge for access provided to the participants. Each host license allows the host to complete up to 250 DocuSign signatures per 12- month period at no additional charge.
With the CourtCall system, there are no downloads or plug in required. The use of sub conferencing for private online meetings, document sharing, and online scheduling and document collaboration is all part of the system
