Grant Funding available for Colorado Courtrooms: Deadline Sept. 30, 2025!

The Colorado Underfunded Courthouse Facility Cash Fund has three million ($3,000,000) available to award for the 2026 Calendar year.

Qualifying agencies are invited to apply from August 28, 2025, to Tuesday, Sept 30, 2025 (5 p.m.). An application link can be found on the Colorado Judicial website under Special Announcements.

The Colorado State Court Administrator's Office has been established to allocate state funds to counties for the purpose of enhancing the security of the facilities that contain a state court or probation office.

Court Security funds may be used for one or more of the following funding areas.

Provision of court security staffing at a facility containing a state court or probate office.

The purchase of security equipment or related improvements for a facility.

The provision of court security training.

Only Colorado Counties are eligible to apply for supplemental security funding in a facility housing a state court or probation office.
